The foundation focuses its efforts in the following areas:

- Reducing Juvenile Crime and Violence of At-Risk Youth
- Tutoring and Training in Tennis for At-Risk Youth
- Summer Arts and Mural Programs for Youth
- Housing for Child Survivors of Sex Trafficking
- Graphic Design Summer Camp for College Students
- Education in Research and Conservation in the Gulf of Mexico
- Development of STREAM Programs
Geographical reach
To date, all funding has been invested into Corpus Christi and Coastal Bend Communities. The Frazier Family Foundation continues to grow and seeks to expand into areas of focus that reach beyond its local borders.

Governing principles
The Frazier Family Foundation, Inc. is a charitable non-profit corporation organized under the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act. The foundation has a set of bylaws that must be followed. The board of directors manages the affairs of the corporation, and the operating director oversees day-to-day activity.
